Alternating Wood Beam Terrace Garden Wall Pattern
It's interesting how various patterns help to provide structural integrity. In this process, we cut lengths of re-bar with a metal cutting chop saw, drilled holes through lumber with an extended bit, and sledge-hammered the re-bar through staggered lumber into the ground to anchor in the retaining wall. The staggering effect prevents edges from bowing out of alignment and provides more distributed structural support.
