Fig Tree

Fig trees are so magical in that like only a relatively small number of other fruit trees, they can be propagated by cuttings. You can take small branches, burying them in a nusery pots or directly in the ground, and if well cared for, they'll grow whole new trees. I've always been impressed by how reliably the grow and produce. They often produce very soon after planting as well so you don't have to wait long to harvest fruits.
