Galvanized Can Container Garden Planters

This is a creative application of the ornate and very useful galvanized metal can container gardens. Here they are forming the outer edge of a slope pathway. Not only does it help hold the shape of the pathway, it acts also as a safety feature to keep people from walking to close to the edge. And of course, it's a charming and productive part of the garden. Any chance there is to integrate structural hardscaping features with growing crops should be taken, even simply stuffing mint roots into the cracks between rocks.
