Home Grown White Sage Plant

After planting countless native varieties of sage throughout many years of native planting garden installations, this shows my first personal home-grown white sage experience. Once established they did quite well with little to know irrigation. In the front yard they provided a refreshing and uplifting scent to joggers, dog walkers, neighbors, etc. And for those inclined to appreciate some of their famed metaphysical properties when the leaves are dried, bundled into a stick, and ignited, the white sage smoke is like no other for cleansing the mind, body, and spirit. If all of the folks who've taken up this habit were to grown their own sage rather than buy it, it would be a great help to sustainability of the plant in the wild.
