Measuring the Number of Seconds to Fill Blender as a Reference for Counting Hand Watering w Tube

In order to get an approximate measure of the flow rate for my irrigation plan, I used this blender pitcher to count the seconds to fill it. Having done the math to know how many pitchers to apply per planter container per week, I could then know how long to leave the valve open to water the garden.
