Rope Chin Up and Kick Bar
In the spirit of Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do philosophy of multi-tasking with work-outs and training routines tucked into almost every moment of the working day, I developed this simply method of hanging a small length chin-up bar from a rope. I used it both in my training studio and in my humble office where I could take a break from the screen and do some chin-ups and suspended kicks to break up the monotony of computing tasks. It was great for upper body strength, core strength, kicking training, and balance. I used a metal bar, but a lighter material such as wood or bamboo would work just as well and would be even more portable.
