Rosemary Herb Drying

I pretty much always have a little or a lot of rosemary growing, it's so resilient and needs little maintenance once established. I find myself clipping off bits of it all the time. It's so potent you only need a tiny bit. They're great insectories and their abundant tiny flowers attract a lot of bees.
