Securing Irrigation Parts With Hose Clamps And Silicone Caulk

I can never have enough hose clamps of various sizes to make custom irrigation systems with silicon tubing. I've learned the need to have a bucket of all types and sizes of plumbing and irrigation fittings, and of course plumbers tape to ensure a non-dripping seal at attachment points. Plumbers tape is not my favorite material, it can be a chore to work with and get right, for more permanent attachment points, I've found that silicone caulking works great to have the same effect of create a long lasting seal on valves and such.
