Theft and Sensitive Materials Deterrence Applications of Secure Storage Cages

Our urban ecological education center was able to acquire a number of these secure storage cages from a local donor. They amazing contraptions. They were about the size of an old telephone booth but they had standard fencing so you could see the contents, and very sturdy metal frames with pad lock attachment points. This allowed us to have very reliable tool storage outside. They weren't impossible to breach, but would require thieves to both slow down and potentially make more noise. In terms of just deterring honest folk, these were great for materials such as points, cleaners, or other products that you want to keep out of reach and access.
