Transferring Water From 55 Gallon Drums On A Truck To 200 Gallon Tank On The Ground
This was the hopefully last time I'd have to haul in hundreds of gallons of water from the city. Here I'm using a drum pump to lift water out of a 55 gallon drum into a drainage pipe that's running from the back of the truck to a water storage tank. This saved me the time of using buckets and walking back and forth. I already sustained a debilitating charlie horse on my lower leg from jumping in and out of the back of the truck. By this time I was limping a lot so adapting the drainage pipe helped to get the job done in one night.
